The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill on Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine (re Prevention of Illegitimate Occupation of Land Plots)

The bill (Reg. No. 3588) amends Clause 376 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and Clause 6 of the Law "On Arbitration Court", stating that the property right for immovable property constructed without authorization can be legalized only by the user or the owner of this land plot.
